Maison au bourg de Pont Melvez, environ 80m² d'habitation, en fait c'est deux maisons en une. 2 chambres, salle de bain, W.C., cuisine aménagée, séjour avec un poêle dans un bon foyer. Tout est double vitré. Là encore, regardez le prix!

2 chambres, cuisine ouverte, séjour/Salle à manger (foyer en granite) et salle de bain/W.C.. A l'extérieur - un petit cour. Tout est double vitré. Parking en face avec toutes commodités locale. Là encore matez ce prix!!!

2 chambres, cuisine, séjour de bonne taille avec superbe foyer en granite. Véranda de 24m², un patio de bonne taille et un cour avec assez d'espace pour garer une voiture. Toiture et vélux installées récemment. Bonne présentation. Située près du centre ville. Bien pour 1er achat ou maison de vacances. Et bien sûr que ce n'est pas cher!!!
